HK Company Registration

For HK company registration, the following documents are needed.

1.Shareholder(s)' identification.

2.HK company English name, which should be ended in the word "Limited" without other special rulings. If you will, you can also choose a Chinese company name simultaneously.

Timing: It will take about 7-10 days to complete a HK company registration. 

After HK company registration is finished, you can choose to open a HK account. If you need to open a HK company bank account, the following documents will be required.

1.HK company director(s) and the bank operator's address certificate, such as his/her native ID copy, driving license copy, latest 3 months electric/water fee invoices or bank statements, etc.

2.HK company business address certificate, such as the office leasing contract.

3.Some of HK company business contracts, invoices/scan copy, or its PO. 

Timing: It will take about 1 month.
