3. Diploma certificate 学历证

4. Healthy certificate 申请人的健康证

5. Applicant’s resume 申请人的个人简历

6. The employers’ certification on the applicant’s work experience (≥ 2 years) 

前雇主签发的申请人工作经历证明（至少两年以上工作年限）

7. Employment contract 劳动合同

8. Applicant’s 1-inch and 2-inch color photos, 3 pcs respectively 申请人的1寸和2寸彩照各3张

9. Passport 护照

10. Company business license, official stamp 申请公司的营业执照副本、公章
